I would love to say the reason I didn’t post anything for the last couple of days was due to some exciting, life changing, FABALOUS news, but I can’t. Mainly I was just being lazy and not really feeling like doing much of anything. I am in my last 8 weeks of school and its really taking a toll on me in various ways. I’m exhausted…but what else is new. You would think after almost a year I would be adjusted to these changes, but I am up around 6 in the morning and I am literally just getting in my car to leave school around 11pm….I miss sleep…I feel unhealthy and unfocused. I just can’t wait to GRADUATE and finally start focusing on my dream job. (or a full week of good sleep...LOL)
Moving onto more positive things, my little sister is visiting for a whole week and I am so excited. (Even though I will be at work and school most of her visit…BOO!!)
The boy is away on the East coast for the week and I am so proud to say graduating with his 2nd Masters Degree. (Can I just comment on how entertained I was at 4:00 am in the airport. Lets just say that their are some real characters flying and the things people where. I am thinking about making it a weekend habit of people watching...set up with a big bucket of popcorn...ha ha)
The sis and I spent the weekend doing some major damage at the mall and then went and saw "Super 8", which was really good. It went in a different direction than I expected, but it was very enjoyable, I also loved that even though you were jumping from being scared you were laughing too. I highly recommend checking it out.
The rest of the weekend was spent laughing and just having a good time. With how I have been feeling lately it was a nice change.
wow, 2nd Master's degree, that is HUGE! BIG congrats to him! :) You look adorable and I know what you mean about wanting to get some GOOD sleep. I need a vacation from work just to sleep in. :)
ReplyDeletehmmm ive been avoiding seeing super 8 didnt think it would be good, expecting it to be like E.T. or something. but if there is no other movie considering ive been living at the movies lol I'll see it.

a 2nd master's degree? yowza that is quite the accomplishment and plenty to be proud of! (it also makes amazing bragging rights for you that your fiance has his 2nd degree lol).

So funny! I wanted to watch Super 8 this weekend but we were saving money! Grrr! I wanted to see it! But we are seeing it tommorow. Everyone told me not to see it but since u said it was good, i must like it...lol!
